There is no set minimum number of guest Indies Greens can accommodate, however, from our experience, a practical minimum would be 20 guests.

Yes. Events can be hosted at Indies Greens on any day of the year, even if it is a public holiday.

Events can be booked as far in advance as you wish, and up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, once the date is available.

Indies Greens can host events starting as early as 7 am.

Indies Greens can host events starting as late as 7 pm.

Events are allowed a maximum duration 5 hours, beginning from the agreed upon start time.

Indies Greens does not allow events to exceed the 5-hour time limit.

No. Decorations are provided in all event packages provided by Indies Greens.

Indies Greens performs all basic decorating of the venue, however, patrons may provide additional decorations if they so desire.

Indies Greens provides an extensive colour palette that can be used to create any combination of colour schemes.

Indies Greens does not provide balloon sculptures, however, balloon sculptures are permitted.

Indies Greens does not have and in-house catering service. Patrons must provide all food and drinks required for their event.

Indies Greens provides all dinnerware, food servers, and bartenders for the Private Dinner and Wedding Reception packages. Patrons must provide their own dinnerware, food servers, and bartenders for the other event packages.

Indies Greens does not provide ice for events. Patrons must provide all ice required for their event.

Indies Greens provides bartenders for the Private Dinner and Wedding Reception packages, however, patrons are permitted to provide their own bartenders or utilize bar service providers.

Yes. Live bands and other live musical performances are allowed by Indies Greens.

No. Indies Greens prohibits the use of pyrotechnic devices within its premises.

Indies Greens prohibits the use of open flames within its premises, however, fire dancers and other controlled, fire-based performances may be permitted at the discretion of the management of Indies Greens.

Due to the nature of the operations at Indies Greens, the company is unable to permit the hosting of chldren's parties on its premises.
