Event Policies

Cancellations and Refunds

Event deposits are non-refundable.
Payment balances are non-refundable after 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date of the event.
No refunds will be granted after the date of the event.
Indies Greens may refuse or cancel service to any patron that violates the company's policies, without issuing refunds.
Events cancelled due to natural disater or forces outside the control of Indies Greens and the event organizer may be rescheduled, refunded, or otherwise settled in an agreement between both parties.

Bookings are done on a first come, first serve basis.
A deposit of $500 is required to secure dates for events.
Dates will not be reserved for any event before a deposit is paid.
Deposits can be made at any time.
Deposits are non-refundable.
The full balance for the event must be paid no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the date of the event.
Failure to pay the event balance by the stated deadline can result in the forfeit of the reserved date with no refund or compenasation for the event organizer.

Event organizers will be fully liable for all damage and/or theft of Indies Greens' property caused by the organizer, guests, or service providers of the event.
The extent and value of the damages and/or theft will be of the amount assesed by Indies Greens.
The event organizer will have 30 days to repay the full liable amount, as assessed by Indies Greens.
Failure to repay within the stated period will result in legal action against the event organizer.

Indies Greens has numerous water features and operates commercial equipment that are unsafe for children to play around.
All children attending events at Indies Greens must be properly supervised by an adult at all times.
Indies Greens does not accomodate events that are intended for audiences younger than 16 years of age.

Indies Greens may refuse or cancel service due to misorderly conduct, illegal activites, or any conduct that violates the company's policies performed by the organizer, guests, or service providers of the event.
The use and/or posession of tobacco, marijuana, or any recreational or illicit drugs or substances is prohibited on the premises of Indies Greens.

Each event, unless otherwise stated by the management of Indies Greens, is granted a 5-hour duration that begins at the agreed upon start time of the event.
Patrons arriving more than 2 hours after the agreed upon start time of the event may be refused service by Indies Greens without refund or compensation.
Indies Greens will not extend event durations due to late arrivals.
Indies Greens and its staff reserve the right to halt proceedings for and refuse service to events that exceed the agreed upon duration.
Law enforcement will be called for patrons refusing to exit the property in an orderly manner after the instruction to halt proceedings is given by Indies Greens and its staff.
Event organizers will incur a minimum fine of $500 for any patrons refusing to exit the property in an orderly manner after the instruction to halt proceedings is given by Indies Greens and its staff.
